Courier: Delivery within 1-3 days (after making the purchase, the customer will be contacted and the exact time of delivery will be agreed upon). The fee of the CityAlko courier service is €4.90.
The quantity and weight of the ordered goods are not limited.
SmartPostiCourier
The service is available throughout Estonia
Delivery: Six days a week (Monday-Saturday, except on Sunday and except to small islands).
After making the purchase, the customer will be contacted and the exact time of delivery will be agreed upon. The price of the SmartPostiCourier service is 8.50€.
In case the total weight of ordered goods exceeds 35 kg and you would like to have the goods delivered to your location, call the CityAlko e-shop (+372 5556 7368) or send an email (epood@aldar.ee) and we will find a solution for the delivery that is suitable to you.
If you choose SmartPosti as the delivery method, the goods will be delivered to the nearest SmartPosti parcel machine.
With SmartPosti, you can order goods that can be packed in 3 boxes maximum (per order), which have the total dimensions: 38 cm x 36 cm x 60 cm.
SmartPosti parcel machines are located in various shopping centres all over Estonia. You can choose the one that suits you.
SmartPosti is open as long as the shopping centre where the SmartPosti parcel machine chosen by you is located at. When the package arrives, an SMS with the door code will be sent to your mobile phone. All you have to do to receive the package at the machine is to enter the door code in the SMS using the touch screen - after that, the right door will open and you will receive your package! The package will be stored in the parcel machine for 7 calendar days from the day the door code is sent to your mobile phone.
Please note! In addition to the code, it is necessary to insert your ID card into the SmartPosti parcel machine. You can retrieve the goods from SmartPosti parcel machines from 10:00 to 22:00.
The CityAlko online store (Aldar Eesti OÜ) has the right to withdraw from a sales contract concluded through the online store without sanctions and to not deliver the ordered goods or provide the service in the following cases:
if the buyer is under the age of 18 (alcohol and tobacco products);
the amount paid for the goods has not been received in the bank account of Aldar Eesti OÜ;
if it is not possible to apply the mode of transport chosen by the customer to the ordered products;
the price or features of the goods have been displayed incorrectly in the online shop due to a system error;
the goods are out of stock.
In all cases, the customer will be notified either by e-mail or telephone.
If it is not possible to fulfil the order in the CityAlko online shop, the purchaser will be contacted and refunded the amount of the prepayment for the goods that have not been received.
Cancellation of the order
You can cancel your order by contacting us at epood@aldar.ee or call us at 5556 7368 before we have sent the goods out of the warehouse. If the goods have already been sent out of the warehouse using the courier service or parcel post, then the order can no longer be cancelled.
Returning goods
Please note! According to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union, the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract and return goods does not extend to alcoholic beverages.
If you have received incorrect or defective goods, you must notify us immediately upon receipt of the goods at the e-mail address epood@aldar.ee or by calling us at 5556 7368. Incorrect or defective goods can be replaced on the basis of a purchase receipt or invoice. Return costs are borne by the CityAlko online shop.
Returning goods by agreement
Only orders for which the customer can submit an agreement of both parties in writing can be returned. Only unopened products with undamaged packaging can be returned. Products that are sold in a box or case can only be returned in a sealed form. Beverages that are packaged and sold as cases are not subject to return when opened. Returns will be accepted within 2 weeks of the sale.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE ONLINE STORE OF ALDAR EESTI OÜ

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These CityAlko online store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions) are in effect upon making purchases from CA online store at the Internet address of www.cityalko.ee.
The seller of the products is Aldar Eesti OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), address F. G. Adoffi 11, Rakvere 44310, registry code 11710650, phone 666 7365, e-mail address epood@aldar.ee.
The Terms and Conditions govern legal relationships arising between the Seller and the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) of products from the CA Online Store.
1.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally amend and modify the terms and conditions, publishing the new terms and conditions at the Internet address of www.cityalko.ee. If the Customer placed an order before the amendments to the terms and conditions took effect, then the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time will apply.
1.3. Prior to placing an order, the customer has an opportunity to save and print the terms and conditions.
1.4. If the CA Online Store web environment is used in a language other than Estonian, the terms and conditions are also displayed in the respective language. If the translations give way to multiple interpretations, the Estonian version will prevail.
1.5. By confirming an order in CA Online Store, the Customer agrees to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
1.6. The pictures of products in the CA Online Store web environment are illustrative.
1.7. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend and modify sales and conditions (incl. the prices), publishing the new Terms and Conditions at the Internet address of www.cityalko.ee.
If the Customer placed an order before the amendments to the terms and conditions took effect, then the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time will apply.

2. PLACING ORDERS
2.1. Orders can be placed in the CA Online Store either by logging in as a Customer or as an anonymous customer.
2.2. The Customer selects the desired product(s) in CA Online Store and adds it/them to their order.
2.2.1. Alcohol and tobacco products (incl. products related to tobacco products) are only sold to adult customers who have confirmed, when placing an order, that they are at least 18 years of age. The age of the Customer is checked when handing over alcohol or tobacco products.
2.3. The Customer chooses the method and place of delivery of the order (clause 4 of the terms and conditions).
2.4. The Customer confirms the order and pays for it in full through the payment channels provided by the Seller. Prior to making the payment, the Customer verifies that the products, quantities and prices set out in the order correspond to the Customer’s actual request.
2.5. After payment via a bank link, the Customer must click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.
2.6. The seller will send the Customer an automatic e-mail confirming the receipt of the order and payment.
2.7. The Seller will start to fulfil the order after the Customer has confirmed the order and paid for it in full. After the order has been assembled, the Customer will be sent an invoice-delivery note by e-mail. If the invoice-delivery note contains errors (undesired goods, quantities, etc.), the customer must immediately contact the customer service by e-mail or phone.
2.8. If the Customer has given consent to replace the product when placing the order and the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product in the desired quantity when completing the order, the Seller shall replace it with an analogous product (hereinafter referred to as the Replacement Product).
2.9. If the Seller is unable to replace a product or the Customer has not granted the seller their consent for replacing a product, the value of the missing product will be refunded.
2.10. If the sales price and/or quantity of the Replacement Product is/are smaller than the sales price and/or quantity of the product ordered by the Customer, the Seller will refund the difference between the sales price of the product and the Replacement Product to the Customer.
2.11. The seller has the right to waive the fulfilment of an order, notifying the customer thereof by e-mail and providing a reason for the waiver. If the Seller waives the fulfilment of an order, the value of the order will be refunded.
3. PRODUCT PRICE, PAYMENT METHODS
3.1. The prices of products in CA Online Store are set out in euros inclusive of VAT.
3.2. The Customer pays for the order by advance payment in full.
3.3. If the customer opts for the delivery of the goods by the Seller (i.e. does not come to collect the products themself), a fee for the delivery of goods will be added to the sales price in accordance with clause 4.3 of the Terms and Conditions.
3.4.The Customer can pay for the order in a secure manner via our payment service partner Montonio Finance UAB.
For payment the following banks can be used:

A service fee may be added to the value of the order as per the contract entered into between the Customer and the bank.
3.5. Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB. Payments are not performed in the online store website, but in a secure online environment: when you choose a bank link, you pay on that particular bank’s secure website. The seller has no access to the customer’s banking details. The contract shall enter into force when the online store receives the corresponding sum on its bank account.
Aldar Eesti OÜ is the responsible processor of personal details and it provides the personal details needed to handle payments to Montonio Finance UAB, the latter being the authorised processor of personal details.
4. RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS
4.1. The ordered products can be received in designated stores (hereinafter referred to as the CA Online Store Delivery Point) or are sent to the address indicated by the Customer by courier or to a parcel machine.
The delivery point of the CA Online Store is SuperAlko Cash & Carry (Lootsi 6, Tallinn).
4.2. Receipt of products at the CA Online Store Delivery Point
4.2.1. At the CA Online Store Delivery Point, products can be received on all days of the week, from 10:00 to 19:00. If the products are received at the CA Online Store Delivery Point, there is no additional charge to the price of the products.
4.2.2. Products are available in the CA Online Store Delivery Point within the time frame specified in the order.
4.2.3. The Customer can take delivery of the products upon presenting an identity document (ID card, passport, driving licence) or an agreed security code and the order number. If no identity document is presented, the Seller may refuse to issue the products.
4.2.4. The Seller assumes no liability for damage caused due to reasons not attributable to the Seller if third parties have gained possession of the unique order number for reasons beyond the control of the Seller and have picked up the products on its basis.
4.2.5. If the order contains alcoholic beverages, the products will only be handed over to an adult (required document of the recipient). If the Customer fails to present the document or if the Customer is a minor, the Seller has the right to refuse to deliver the products.
4.3. Courier delivery of products
4.3.1. To have products delivered by a courier at the requested address, the order must be placed by selecting the date and time frame and specifying the address.
4.3.2. Upon receipt of the products by courier, the delivery fee inclusive of VAT will be added to the price of the order.
The price for using the courier is €4.90.
4.3.3. The products are delivered to the indicated address within the period of time indicated in the order;
Courier: Delivery within 3 days (after making the purchase, the customer will be contacted and the exact time of delivery will be agreed). The exact time of delivery of the products is agreed on by the courier and the Customer by phone.
4.3.4. The Customer must ensure the acceptance of the products at the time and place specified in the order.
If the Customer does not answer the phone and/or does not guarantee the receipt of the products when the courier arrives at the Customer’s location or delivery of the products at the agreed time to the Customer becomes impossible due to other circumstances, the Customer will be considered to have violated the terms of the Contract.
4.3.5. In the event of delivery of alcohol, the courier has the right to request the presentation of an identity document to verify the recipient’s age. Upon failure to present the document, the courier has the right to refuse to deliver the foregoing products.
4.3.6. If the products are not delivered in a timely manner due to circumstances arising from the Seller, the Customer will be notified thereof using the contact details provided in the order and a new time of delivery will be agreed on. Upon failure to reach agreement on the new time of delivery, the Customer has the right to waive the order and the Seller will refund the value of the order to the Customer.
4.4. Verification of products and transfer of risk of damage to or loss of products
4.4.1. Upon taking delivery of products, the Customer is required to verify the conformity of the products with the invoice-waybill.
4.4.2. If receival of the goods reveals that the goods include products not ordered, defective products or products in broken packaging, the Seller’s customer service must be notified thereof immediately.
If defective products and products not ordered are detected upon courier delivery of an order, the Customer must immediately return them to the courier.
4.4.3. The risk of damage to or loss of the products transfers to the Customer as of the receipt of the goods.
5. PROCESSING OF CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The Seller ensures personal data provided by the Customer is used only in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, particularly within the scope necessary for fulfilling an order.
The seller does not provide personal details of customers to third parties, with the exception of companies that offer courier delivery services, to the extent needed for delivery of orders to customers or consumption of relevant services, and with the exception of Montonio Finance UAB as the authorised processor of personal details, to the extent needed to handle payments.
5.2. Personal data is the data that the Customer submits when placing an order; first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and current account number.
6. WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT, RETURNING PRODUCTS AND REFUNDS
6.1. According to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract and return goods does not extend to alcoholic beverages.
7. FILING COMPLAINTS AND LIABILITY
7.1. If the Seller breaches their obligations, the Customer has the right to request performance of the obligation, withhold performance of an obligation which is due from the Customer, request compensation for damage, reduction of the price, interest on arrears in case of delay in performance of the financial obligation or withdraw from the Contract.
7.2. The Seller is not liable for damage or any other consequences, including delay in delivery, arising from incorrect data provided by the Customer when placing an order if this has been caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
7.3. Disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer are resolved by way of negotiations between the parties.
If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board, the Consumer Complaints Committee or the Harju County Court to protect their rights.
Ordering goods by courier.
1) Ordering via CityAlko courier.
The courier service is available in Tallinn, the territories of Kiili, Rae, Saku, Viimsi and Saue rural municipalities and the towns of Keila and Maardu. The quantity and weight of the ordered goods are not limited.

2) Ordering goods to your home with SmartPostiCourier.
The service is available throughout Estonia.
If you choose SmartPostiCourier for delivery, the goods will be delivered to the address specified by you when ordering. The exact time of delivery will be agreed in advance by telephone.
SmartPostiCourier works six days a week (Monday-Saturday).
Delivery of the packages takes place on the day after ordering (except on Sunday and except to small islands).
In the morning of the parcel delivery day, the customer will receive information about the arrival of the parcel by SMS. The courier will call the customer before the package is delivered.
It is possible to order smaller as well as larger amounts of goods, maximum weight is 35 kg.
The price of the Courier service is 8.50€. Availability: Monday-Saturday 10-21.

Can someone else accept the goods I ordered?
Yes. You can accept delivered products upon presenting an identity document (ID card, passport, driving licence) or an agreed security code and the order number.
If the order contains alcoholic beverages, the recipient of the order must be at least 18 years old. The courier has the obligation to check the recipient’s document.
Will I receive an invoice when ordering from the CA Online Store?
Yes, after the order is completed, an invoice will be sent to you along with your goods.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If the ordered product cannot be delivered in the desired quantity when completing the order and you have not given consent to replace the product, the cost of the missing product will be refunded. We will return the money to the same current account from which the order was paid for within 7 working days.
What is a Replacement Product?
You can consent to the replacement of products, i.e. if the ordered product cannot be delivered in the desired quantity when completing the order, we will replace it with an analogous product.
If the sales price and/or quantity of the Replacement Product is/are smaller than the sales price and/or quantity of the product ordered by you, we will refund the difference in the sales price of the products to you.
What payment methods are accepted in the CA Online Shop?
The CA Online Shop allows you to pay using bank links (LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske, Coop Bank).
Payments are processed outside the CA Online Shop environment in the secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider. The CA Online Store does not have access to the Customer’s bank and credit card details.
Do the prices include VAT?
All of the prices specified in our CA Online Store are indicated in euros & include VAT.
